Services Booked Online or by Phone

- If the service begins during the cancellation period with your consent, a proportional charge for the service already provided will apply.
Services Booked In-Person

2. General Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Request Period: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service date.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.
4. Service Delivery Failures
If AMAE Clinic is unable to provide the booked service due to reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to:
- Reschedule the service at no additional cost.
- Request a full refund.
